There are some people who might think, “if you’ve seen one printer, you’ve seen ’em all,” but remove that from your head for a few minutes to take a look at the Epson SureColor P400. What makes this particular printer to be different from the many others is that it can deliver above-average quality photo prints while staying in a price category that is suitably lower than many higher-end models. The Epson SureColor P400 weighs 27-pounds, which means that it is a large printer. After all, it has to be since it can handle large prints. It also means that you would need a fair more amount of room to place it. When it is closed for storage, the model has dimensions that measures in at 8.6 x 24.5 x 12.8-inches, and its depth will expand to 31.4-inches when the rear and front trays are both extended.

There are, however, a line of buttons located on the front panel, and these are the On/Off, Wi-Fi, and Resume buttons. There are also roll-paper controls that can be found at the front panel as well.

For the top-loading feeder, it will be able to fit up to 120-sheets of plain paper, or 30-sheets of photo paper with sizes of up to 13 x 19. There’s also a rear paper feeder that will only fit one sheet of fine-art paper, but to be fair, you can do this on the front-feeder as well and it will also fit one sheet of fine-art paper as well. There is also a holder for paper rolls that will fit up to 13-inches wide.

But what does the Epson SureColor P400 have in store in terms of print quality? When you’re printing photos, they will come out excellent.
