Just in case that you haven’t heard about it yet, do know that Nintendo will be holding an online video presentation this September 1st. It will go live on said date at 7am PT/10am ET/3pm BST. It is known that the Japanese gaming company’s presentations give us a glimpse of what is to come within the coming months, hence it does make people wonder, especially fans of what the company has to offer, in what could be going on behind its secretive doors. Fans are expecting news about Zelda: Breath of the Wild, as well as a few other games that were announced back in this year’s E3 event.
Latest Nintendo Direct to go Live on September 1
According to Nintendo, the upcoming online video presentation will focus more on forthcoming 3DS games, therefore it would be wise that fans should keep their eyes peeled on the latest developments for the company’s handheld gaming platform. As a start, there is already a confirmation that Pikmin 4 is done, and there are also some information released about the NES Classic Edition (albeit news about the latter is still a bit scarce).
Aside from the developments for the 3DS, there is a looming question in which fans are hoping to be answered in the upcoming Nintendo Direct presentation – will they be talking about the NX? To recall, this is the Japanese gaming company’s mysterious console, and there is absolutely very little that the gaming community knows about it, aside from the fact that it is the firm’s next console. And once again, those dreams are shattered as it is already announced that the presentation won’t be talking about the NX. However, it is reported that the company is still going forward with its plans of releasing this mysterious platform on March of next year.
So what is to be expected in the upcoming online video presentation from Nintendo? Well, there’s not much news on the matter, but taking a look at the company’s lineup for the 3DS this year, we can formulate ideas as to what they will be talking about. For those who want to know, future releases for the 3DS include Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney Spirit of Justice, Shin Megami Tensei IV Apocalypse, Sonic Boom: Fire & Ice, and Mario Party Star Rush. There’s also the highly anticipated Pokémon Sun and Moon, which will be released on the 18th of November.
